RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To begin a return, contact Rivett Supply through our Contact page before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain opened, installed, used, customized, clearance, hazardous, perishable, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return. We will confirm eligibility when reviewing your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photographs when available. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Use a trackable shipping method; Rivett Supply is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to replace an eligible item is to contact us for return authorization. Replacement availability is not guaranteed. A replacement will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. A reasonable restocking deduction may apply to opened packaging, missing parts, damaged packaging, or items returned in a condition different from the condition received, where permitted by law.

Cancellations and Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change its shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins.
