SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Area
Rivett Supply currently ships to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses unless confirmed by us before an order is placed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment and product availability are confirmed. Processing time can vary by product, order size, and fulfillment location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an item becomes unavailable or a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates begin after an order ships and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and address issues may affect delivery.

Tracking and Split Shipments
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Inspect packages upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Rivett Supply promptly through our Contact page with the order number, packaging details, and photographs when available. Keep the item and all packaging until we provide instructions.

Delivery Issues
A carrier scan marked delivered does not always mean a package was handed directly to the recipient. Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and carrier notices before contacting us. We will assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate, but replacement or refund eligibility depends on the facts of the shipment and applicable law.
